The Street of Dreams penthouse condo in the Encore was a wonderful experience. I got to do whatever I wanted as this was a show home. So I spun a story about a world traveling couple who used it for a weekend landing place in the city of roses. I  started with art. The encaustic piece in pinks and oranges  was the inspiration for the living room color palette. This condo has a mix of old and new. The painting in the dining room is from the turn of the century, coupled with a very modern cement and wood table, mid century buffet and a twist on a regency dining chair. 

The second bedroom is multi purpose. It hosts a daybed for an overnight guest, a TV and a closet turned into an office. The master bedroom with upholstered walls and floor to ceiling draperies, crystal light fixture and four poster bed creates a grand yet understated look. This penthouse condo flows from one room to the next and has delightful visual surprises in each room.
